Strength Training/Summer Fitness Program

The Summer Fitness program Begins June 13, 2017.

We welcome all student athletes entering grades 7-12 at Fridley Middle School and High School.    ALL ABILITY LEVELS!
The summer program consists of daily warm-ups, lifting weights, agility drills, conditioning and competitive events. Summer Fitness will be led this year by Coach Bryce Richter. If you have questions about the program  please contact coach Richter.

Summer Fitness will be held in the Fridley High School Fitness Center.

The fee for the summer program is $70 for all students entering grades 7-12  ($25 for free and reduced lunch)
Summer Fitness Starts on June 13th – Ends on August 3rd. 
Sessions are Tuesdays-Thursday(No Mondays or Fridays)
(No sessions July 3rd – July 7th)
Session 1 Girls (entering grades 7 -12) is from 8:00-9:30 AM
Session 2 Boys (entering grades 7 -12) is from 9:30-11:00 AM
